Smart Transportation is a Non-Emergent Medical Transportation (NEMT) company based out of Summerville, South Carolina. NEMT is transportation to and from medical appointments or services.
We have a fleet of 50+ Vehicles, each with a CPR certified driver.
We can get you where you need to go anywhere in or out-of-state for your appointments.
Private Pay Services
We are determined to get you to and from your medical appointments in a safe and timely manner. We strive to provide excellent customer service that will leave you with a smile on your face. By building long-lasting relationships with people like you, we aim to make a positive difference in our communities.
Facility & Provider Agreements
Contracted rates are negotiated on an as-needed basis with no obligation, financial risk, or minimum trips. Smart Transportation is here to assist with all of your transportation needs.
Medicaid Services
As an approved provider for Medicaid transportation in South Carolina, all Medicaid Members need to request transportation through the state approved service line.
